Free & Standard Delivery

At HLF Shape Store, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £79.
For purchases under £79, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 will apply.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are typically processed the same day and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
We ship exclusively with DPD, a trusted courier known for fast and reliable service across the UK.

Order Processing Timeline

To maintain efficiency and consistency, we follow Herbalife’s recommended processing guidelines:

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are generally sent to the warehouse and shipped the same day.

  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse the next business day and usually dispatched that day.

  • Standard Turnaround: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Note: During holidays, weekends, or peak periods (such as month-end), there may be minor delays.
